Thank you for shopping HES REAL™. We work to get your order prepared and on its way as quickly as possible. The information below explains our shipping process, costs, and what to expect after placing an order.
FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ORDERS $75+
HES REAL™ offers FREE Economy shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $75 or more after applicable discounts and before taxes.
Orders under $75 are subject to the shipping rates displayed during checkout.
Expedited or upgraded shipping methods, when available, may carry an additional charge even when an order qualifies for free Economy shipping.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders require processing and fulfillment before shipment.
Because some HES REAL™ products are produced or prepared specifically for your order, processing times may vary by product, availability, order volume, and fulfillment location.
You will receive shipping confirmation and available tracking information once your order has shipped.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery dates or timeframes displayed during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, fulfillment volume, and other circumstances outside the reasonable control of HES REAL™.
An order containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in more than one shipment.
SHIPPING RATES
Available shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed during checkout based on your order and delivery address.
U.S. orders that meet the $75 free-shipping threshold qualify for our applicable free Economy shipping method.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping may be available to select destinations.
Available international shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery information will be displayed during checkout.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country or local authorities unless otherwise stated during checkout.
International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and other factors outside our control.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking information after your shipping confirmation is sent.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Additional shipping and handling charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
LOST, DELAYED, OR MISSING PACKAGES
Carrier delays can occasionally occur after an order leaves our fulfillment facility.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier when appropriate.
If you still cannot locate your order or believe a shipment has been lost, contact us at support@HESREAL.org with your order number and tracking information so we can review the situation.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at support@HESREAL.org.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable so we can review the situation and work to make it right.
RETURNS
Returns and refunds are governed by the HES REAL™ Return & Refund Policy.
For standard returns, customers are responsible for applicable return shipping and handling costs.
